The employees of Safety Alliance GmbH are obligated to special confidentiality obligations according to § 5 of the Federal Data Protection Act.

(1) In the following, we inform you about the purpose, collection and processing of your personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data that is personally relatable to you, e.g. name, address, email addresses, user behavior.

(4) If we use commissioned service providers for individual functions of our offer or want to use your data for other purposes, we will inform you in detail about the respective processes below. We will also name the defined criteria for the storage period.
§ 2 Rights to Information and Revocation
(1) You have the right to request information from us at any time about your personal data stored with us, as well as their origin, recipients or categories of recipients to whom this data is passed on and the purpose of storage, as well as:

§ 3 Data Security
We maintain current technical measures to ensure data security, in particular to protect your personal data from dangers during data transmission and from knowledge by third parties. These are adapted in accordance with the current state of technology.
§ 4 Collection of Personal Data for Informational Use
(1) In the case of purely informational use of the website, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise transmit information to us, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you want to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR):

Operating system information (including language and version of browser software), web browser & requesting domain & IP addresses of requesting computers are additionally logged, as well as content of the request (specific page), access status/HTTP status code, data volume transmitted in each case and website from which the request comes.
These are stored in a log file on our provider's server.
(2) In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive assigned to the browser you use and through which certain information flows to the entity that sets the cookie (here by us). Cookies cannot execute programs or transfer viruses to your computer. They serve to make the Internet offer as a whole more user-friendly and effective.

(1) When you contact us by email or via a contact form, the personal data you provide (such as your email address, possibly your name or other data that you voluntarily provide to us by email) will be stored by us to answer your questions. This involves special types of personal data that we collect, store or use for the purposes of processing your request. We delete the data incurred in this context after storage is no longer necessary, or restrict processing if legal retention obligations exist. We point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
(2) When you send your online application by email, we collect and process the following personal application data from you:
(Name, first name, address, telephone number, email, application documents (cover letter, CV, photo, certificates, certificates, etc.)).
